Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.

ZSpeed Performance strictly enforces this timeframe. Custom-built or special order items cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances. Approval for returns is at the discretion of ZSpeed Performance. Items being returned must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition, in their original sealed packaging, with all associated pieces included.

If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Upon approval, returns will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and return packaging.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exchanges
Fastest exchange method: return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one upon return approval.

Refunds
We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it takes longer than 15 business days, email us at sales@zspeed.com.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Electric or electronic parts, "Special Order" items, scratch and dent, clearance, or used items are non-returnable. Used, open box, and closeout items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping was marked as "free," associated costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping is the client's responsibility. We recommend insuring returned shipments. Clients must file any loss or damage claims. We accept returns on standard products if they're in new, unused, and re-sellable condition, with all associated pieces included and still sealed in the original packaging.

Incoming shipments without an RA number will be refused.

Returns approved and sent back within 10 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. After 10 days, accepted returns incur a 20% restocking fee.

No returns are accepted after 15 days from receipt.
