This is the outer most bracket (upper bracket in picture)
Replaces the expensive OEM bracket and is much stronger.
Attaches to bumper with included rivets or can be bolted on with 6-32 or 4mm nuts and bolts (not included) but can be found at any hardware store.
Includes clip on nut to bolt to diffuser.
